According to CIC’s website, as of April 1, 2016, applicants will be required to pay Immigration and Citizenship fees online using CIC’s ePayment tool. Applicants will be unable to order Payment Receipt Forms after February 1, 2016, and also they will not be able to make the payment at financial institutions in Canada after March 31, 2016.
