The OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) has released a report titled ‘Recruiting Immigrant Workers: Canada’ where it identifies Canada as a role model for successful migration management and as a benchmark for other countries.

Canada is highlighted as a role model because of the holistic approach to attraction, selection, retention, settlement and integration of immigrants. Since 2017, Canada has attracted more than 40,000 highly skilled individuals to fill critical positions, helped 1,100 Canadian companies grow and created 60,000 new jobs.
