Now that it is Spring and sun is shining in Calgary, many people will want to go outside for walks to get out of the house. But is it safe to do so during the COVID-19 crisis? According to the Government of Canada, you can go for a walk if you:

  • have not been diagnosed with COVID-19
  • do not have symptoms of COVID-19
  • have not travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days

If you go out for a walk, make sure you are not walking with a large crowd and always practise physical distancing by keeping at least 2 metres apart from others at all times.
