Calgary and Brooks will be reopening, joining the rest of Alberta this coming Monday, May 25, 2020. Bars, restaurants, hair salons and barbershops will be open, while more COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted across the province on June 1.
Starting Monday, hairstyling and barber shops will be permitted to reopen in Calgary and Brooks, and cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars can reopen for table service at 50% capacity.
Although restrictions are being lifted, it is important to follow social distancing guidelines and follow precautions to protect yourself, such as wearing face masks and washing your hands.
