Today on June 12, we are officially entering Stage 2 of Alberta’s Relaunch Strategy. As we gradually reopen, different regions in Alberta may adopt additional measures to prevent local outbreaks from happening.
The Government of Alberta launched an online COVID-19 status map where you can check out the level of risk in your region and area. It also shows the rate of COVID-19 cases and the number of active cases.

How to use this interactive map?
- Use the + and – signs (left upper corner, below the date) to zoom in and out.
- Click, hold, and drag on the map to move around.
- Hover over map, and click on your region to check out its number of active cases and current health measures.
- Below the map, you have the option to search through the list of active cases by region.
