The Fair Entry counter on the 3rd floor of the Calgary Municipal Building has now reopened to the public.

The Municipal Building is located at 800 Macleod Trail S.E. If you take the CTrain, to reach the Municipal Building, you just need to get off at the City Hall station.

You will notice that these new measures below are put in place in the office to ensure everybody’s health and safety:

  • Plexiglass barriers at all counters;
  • Masks, hand sanitizers and wipes available for all;
  • Workstations and chairs are disinfected regularly;
  • Customers waiting in line must stand six feet apart as indicated by floor markers.

Not ready to visit the counter? You can still access all the Fair Entry services online, by mail, fax, or calling 311.
