What is the Cultural Access Pass program?
It is a program that provides new Canadian citizens with free admission to over 1,400 museums, science centres, art galleries, parks, and historic sites across Canada.
Am I eligible?
If you became a Canadian citizen less than 12 months ago and are over the age of 18, you are eligible for the Cultural Access Pass program!
Can I bring my family along?
The app offers free admission for every new citizen and up to four children, every time they visit for the first year of citizenship. If your spouse or common-law partner is not eligible for this program, they will have to pay admission fees.
How do I access this program?
Last year, the Cultural Access Pass turned into Canoo, a mobile app, available for free on the: App Store, Google Play. You will need your citizenship certificate to sign up on the app.
