It’s almost Pride Week (August 28September 6)!

Pride Week leads up to the Pride festival and parade, which usually takes place on Labour Day long weekend. Thousands would gather in celebration of gender and sexual diversity.

This year, due to health guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 30th anniversary of Calgary Pride has been reimagined. Calgary Pride 2020 will take place online, featuring performances by over 300 LGBTQ2S+ artists, workshops and artist interviews, with community newscasts.

All LIVE programming will be streamed simultaneously to Calgary Pride 2020’s Live Streaming page, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Twitch.

Interested in streamlining Pride week? Download the official Calgary Pride app (will be available soon) to keep track of events and create your personal Pride schedule. More information: https://www.calgarypride.ca/festival-2020/
