The City of Calgary has announced they have been working with Ritual, a food ordering system on smartphones, for the launch of “Open For Business”. This is a collaboration with Ritual and DoorDash to help local businesses across Calgary increase their commission-free online sales.

Within this collaboration, Ritual will provide its commission-free digital ordering platform Ritual ONE to Calgary businesses at no cost through the end of this year. This includes waiving set-up ($99) and monthly subscription fees ($49/month).

All local businesses that participate will receive delivery capabilities powered by DoorDash Drive. Calgary partners will receive two weeks of free delivery from Monday, October 26 to Sunday, November 8, 2020. All flat fee delivery fees will be waived for customers and local businesses.

Additionally, any business that completes one delivery order on Ritual ONE powered by DoorDash Drive by December 31, 2020 will receive Ritual ONE free through 2021.

Open For Business is now signing up local businesses. To learn more about the program and enroll, please visit www.ritual.co/calgary.
