New COVID-19 cases are growing across the country. To take care of ourselves and protect our community, we can choose to use COVID tracing apps developed by the federal and provincial government. Tracing apps help break the cycle of infection, inform us of possible exposures before symptoms appear.
If you reside in Alberta, you can use the ABTraceTogether App. The app was launched back in May, and more information can be found here: https://settlementcalgary.com/2020/05/04/abtracetogether-app-launched/
Earlier in August, there were plans to switch the provincial app ABTraceTogether to COVID Alert, but for the time being, it looks like that Alberta is not going ahead with this plan.
