The Calgary Public Library in partnership with the Edmonton Public Library is hosting a webinar today from 7:30 – 8:30 PM to talk about books that are appropriate for your child’s reading level. This session will be hosted by Calgary Board of Education’s Literacy Specialist – Sasha Gardiner-Hadford as well as Edmonton Public Library Youth Services Manager, Elaine Jones. They will be providing some book choices for children who are learning to read at home.
This will be the first session of ‘The Kitchen Table Classroom’, a new series for parents and caregivers designed to support learning at home.
