Following the changes announced by the Alberta Government, the Calgary Board of Education (CBE) posted new health measures for students:
For Grade 7-12 Students
- Home learning will start on November 30, 2020 and last until Friday, January 8, 2021 (except during winter break)
- In-person classes will resume on January 11, 2021
- Diploma exams are optional for rest of the school year
- No changes for students in CBE’s Hub online learning or CBe-learn
For Grade K-6 Students (including Early Childhood Services)
- Continue in-person learning until winter break starting Friday, Dec. 18
- Move to at-home learning during the week of January 4 to 8, 2021
- In-person classes will resume starting on January 11, 2021
- There are no changes for Grade 1-6 students in CBE’s Hub online learning or CBe-learn
