Step 1: Remove the sealers on both ends of the letter. Simply fold and tear them off.
Step 2: Open the letter carefully.
Find the Secure Access Code on the back of the flap on the top:
Step 3: Visit www.census.gc.ca, and click on the big blue button that says Start questionnaire.
Step 4: Enter the Secure Access Code in the letter you received:
Step 5: Start and complete the census questionnaire! The percentage bar on the top right corner indicates how far along you are.
