Pathway to PR for Families of Canadian Victims of Two Airlines Flight Tragedies

A new public policy offers a pathway to permanent residence for eligible families of Canadian victims of the Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 and Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 tragedies.

The policy applies to individuals who are currently in Canada and whose relatives were Canadian citizens, permanent residents or foreign nationals found eligible on their permanent residence application.

Eligible families of victims of these air disasters can apply for permanent residence under the new policy until May 11, 2022.
