Health Link has temporarily changed the way calls are answered to help Albertans get to the right Health Link team member.
Now, when a call comes into Health Link, the caller will be asked a few simple questions. The call will then be directed to the best resource, so the individual can get the assistance needed. This resource may be a
- registered nurse,
- vaccine booking clerk. or
- other Health Link team member
Wait times may vary throughout the day due to call volumes. Remember, in a medical emergency, always call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
