Here are some tips to help your body adjust to the new timetable!
  • Avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol four to six hours before bedtime, as they prevent you from getting a good night’s sleep.
  • Limit your screen time before bed or use the blue light filter on your mobile device when you use ti before bed.
  • Create a list of routine activities at night and stick to it during the transition period.
  • Get enough sunlight, which helps you regulate your biological clock.
